Renters landlord MUST sign the Landlord Waiver.
Rent To Own total available up to $16,000.
If the RTO total exceeds the $16,000, an extra down payment MUST be paid to meet the $16,000.
Extra Down Payments have a tax, which will be included in the amount paid.
Extra Down Payment must be paid to Quality Carports before the contract can be processed.
On contracts with a subtotal of $10,000 or higher, proof of home/ land ownership or have signed landlord waiver will be required.
Acceptable forms are: PVA/ Tax Bill. Property Deed and Mortgage Statement
RTO required information are SSN, DOB, DL # and the 2 REQUIRED references.

24 month term is applicable on all orders up to $16,000 and has a divisor rate of 14.4
36 month term is applicable on all orders up to $16,000 and has a divisor rate of 19.8
48 month term is applicable on all orders up to $16,000 and has a divisor rate of 21.6
60 month term is applicable on all orders up to $16,000 and has a divisor rate of 24
NO origination Fee on 24 & 36 month term contracts!
Origination Fee is $100 on 48 month term contracts
Origination Fee is $300 on 60 month term contracts
Origination Fee is a non-refundable fee.
Building MUST be wind and snow load certifed.

All labor charges MUST be paid at time of installation. Additional labor charges CANNOT be included in the RTO contract.
More than one contract is allowed as long as the RTO total of the contracts DO NOT exceed the $16,000
